ISO is a camera setting which will brighten or darken an image being taken. Increasing the ISO will create your image to be brighter, therefore you can increase the brightness in darker environments. Also the cameras sensitivity to light.

Shutter speed is how long an image is exposed to the light. The timing will effect both brightness and darkness of the image. (Exposure) Shutter speed can effect the sharpness. The timing of the shutter is opened or closed, and amount of light that is exposed to the image.

Aperture , the hole/ opening of the camera and the opening of the lens to allow the light to enter. Lower f stop produces more exposure however a higher f stop gives an under exposed photograph. Aperture also controls the brightness of the image.
